The Old Curiosity Shop is one of the oldest and most famous shops in the world, and many say it is the inspiration behind Charles Dickens’ classic novel of the same name. The shop was built in 1567, and is made of the wood from old ships. The shop is still open to this day, and is made up of three floors. There is a gallery, and workshop, as well as the main shop floor. The shop sells various types of antiques, modern art and historic souvenirs.
